Shamrock Sour
A twist on a whiskey sour with a green hue
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Irish whiskey
- 3/4 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 1/4 oz green apple liqueur (or Midori)
- 1 egg white (optional, for froth)
- Ice
- Garnish: Green sugar rim & a cherry
Instructions: Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a coupe glass, and garnish!
