A golden-hued, fruity punch that brings a taste of sunshine to your St. Patrick’s Day celebration



Ingredients:

  • 1 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed or store-bought)
  • ½ cup sparkling water (or club soda for extra fizz)
  • ¼ cup mango nectar (or peach nectar)
  • ½ tablespoon honey (or simple syrup, optional)
  • Ice cubes

For Garnish (optional):

  • Orange slices
  • Mint leaves
  • Edible gold glitter or gold sugar rim (for extra festive flair)



Instructions:

  1. Prepare the glass: Fill a tall glass with ice cubes. If desired, dip the rim of the glass in honey and coat it with gold sugar for a sparkling effect.
  2. Mix the base: In a small pitcher or shaker, combine the orange juice, mango nectar, and honey. Stir or shake well to combine.
  3. Add the fizz: Pour the juice mixture over the ice, then top with sparkling water. Stir gently to blend.
  4. Garnish & serve: Add an orange slice and a sprig of mint for a fresh finish. Sprinkle a little edible gold glitter on top if you want a magical "pot of gold" effect.
