Lucky Leprechaun
A tropical green drink with an Irish twist!
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz coconut rum
- 1 oz Irish whiskey
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 1/2 oz blue curaçao (makes it green when mixed!)
- Ice
- Garnish: Pineapple wedge & cherry
Instructions: Shake everything with ice, strain into a rocks glass, and enjoy
