Leprechaun Bark

Leprechaun Bark

This fun and festive Leprechaun Bark is an easy no-bake treat made with white chocolate, green swirls, and plenty of St. Patrick’s Day magic

Instructions:

  1. Prepare a Baking Sheet:

    • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  2. Melt the White Chocolate:

    • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate in 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
    • If needed, stir in 1 tsp vegetable oil to keep it silky.
  3. Melt the Green Candy Melts:

    • In a separate bowl, melt the green candy melts using the same method.
  4. Create the Bark Base:

    • Pour the melted white chocolate onto the lined baking sheet and spread it evenly using a spatula.
    • Drizzle the melted green candy over the white chocolate in swirls.
  5. Swirl the Colors:

    • Use a toothpick or skewer to swirl the colors together for a fun marbled effect.
  6. Add Toppings:

    • While the chocolate is still warm, sprinkle on gold sprinkles, mini marshmallows, crushed Oreos (or pretzels), and Lucky Charms marshmallows.
  7. Let It Set:

    • Place the baking sheet in the fridge for 20-30 minutes (or let it sit at room temperature until hardened).
  8. Break into Pieces & Enjoy!

    • Once fully set, break the bark into random-sized pieces and serve

Storage:

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week, or in the fridge for a longer shelf life.
