Leprechaun Bark
This fun and festive Leprechaun Bark is an easy no-bake treat made with white chocolate, green swirls, and plenty of St. Patrick’s Day magic
Instructions:

Prepare a Baking Sheet:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.

Melt the White Chocolate:
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate in 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
- If needed, stir in 1 tsp vegetable oil to keep it silky.

Melt the Green Candy Melts:
- In a separate bowl, melt the green candy melts using the same method.

Create the Bark Base:
- Pour the melted white chocolate onto the lined baking sheet and spread it evenly using a spatula.
- Drizzle the melted green candy over the white chocolate in swirls.

Swirl the Colors:
- Use a toothpick or skewer to swirl the colors together for a fun marbled effect.

Add Toppings:
- While the chocolate is still warm, sprinkle on gold sprinkles, mini marshmallows, crushed Oreos (or pretzels), and Lucky Charms marshmallows.

Let It Set:
- Place the baking sheet in the fridge for 20-30 minutes (or let it sit at room temperature until hardened).

Break into Pieces & Enjoy!
- Once fully set, break the bark into random-sized pieces and serve
Storage:
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week, or in the fridge for a longer shelf life.
