Emerald Mule
A St. Paddy’s twist on the Moscow Mule
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Irish whiskey
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 1/2 oz crème de menthe (for a green kick)
- Ginger beer
- Ice
- Garnish: Mint sprig & lime wedge
Instructions: Build in a copper mug with ice, top with ginger beer, and stir.
