Pistachio Pudding Parfaits

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pistachio pudding mix
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 cup crushed pistachios
  • 10 small cups or glasses for serving

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Mixing bowl
  • Whisk
  • Spatula
  • Serving cups

Instructions:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the pistachio pudding mix and milk. Whisk until smooth and thickened, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the vanilla extract to the pudding mixture and stir well.
  • In a separate bowl, fold in the whipped cream gently into the pudding mixture until well combined.
  • In each serving cup, layer a spoonful of the pistachio pudding mixture, followed by a layer of crushed pistachios.
  • Repeat the layers until the cups are filled, finishing with a layer of whipped cream on top.
  • Garnish with additional crushed pistachios if desired.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes before serving.
